Booking Policy
MauriQuest takes no online payment. Every request is confirmed by a real person before anything is fixed.
How a booking works
You send a booking request with your dates, guests and any extras. We check availability with our team and partners, then confirm by WhatsApp or email — usually within a few hours.
A booking is only final once you receive our written confirmation with the meeting point and time.
Payment
Payment is made in cash on the day of the activity, unless a partner requires otherwise and we tell you in advance.
Prices are shown per person in euros and include everything listed under “What's included” on the experience page.
Pickups
Hotel pickup is available in most regions. Any pickup fee is shown before you send your request and depends on your zone.
Please be ready 10 minutes before the agreed pickup time.
