To confirm and run your activity, to coordinate with the operator carrying it out, and to answer your questions.

We share the minimum needed with the partner running your experience — usually your name, guest count and pickup point.

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you and we will action it.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to measure successfully submitted activity booking enquiries and optimize advertising. Google may receive advertising cookie identifiers, IP address, browser/device information, ad interactions and an enquiry event with a booking reference. We do not send booking names, emails, phone numbers, hotel details or notes to Google for matching.

Advertising tracking stays off until you accept in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada (because our country lookup cannot distinguish Quebec), and unknown locations. Elsewhere it is enabled unless you refuse or an applicable opt-out prevents it. Rejection is as easy as acceptance, and previously blocked enquiries are not replayed if you later accept.

Cookie settings in the footer lets you change or withdraw your advertising choice. Your pseudonymous visitor identifier, choices, timestamps, region, notice text/version and previous choices are saved in your browser, alongside the choice reference for reported enquiries. Withdrawal preserves earlier consent evidence; clearing browser storage removes these local records. Google retains received data under its own policies.
