Terms of Service
The short version of the agreement between you and MauriQuest.
Our role
MauriQuest organises and coordinates tours, excursions and activities in Mauritius. Some experiences are run by carefully selected local partners.
Descriptions, durations and itineraries are indicative and can change with sea, weather or traffic conditions.
Your responsibility
Give accurate guest numbers and contact details, arrive on time, and tell us about medical conditions, pregnancies, non-swimmers or mobility needs before booking.
Follow the safety instructions of the crew or guide at all times.
Liability
Activities are undertaken at your own risk within normal operator insurance. We recommend travel insurance covering water sports and hiking.
Questions about this policy? Contact the MauriQuest team and we will explain it in plain words.
