Cancellation Policy
Plans change. Ours are flexible, and the weather at sea decides more than we do.
Cancelling your booking
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Just message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation.
Cancellations inside 24 hours, or not showing up at the meeting point, may be charged by the operator.
Weather
Sea activities depend on conditions. If the skipper or our team cancels for safety, you can reschedule to another day or cancel at no cost.
We make the call as early as possible and always contact you directly.
Changes
Date, time and guest changes are free whenever availability allows. Ask us and we will do our best.
